High Hopes at One Crazy Stamper

Good Morning everyone....

High Hopes is being featured for the month of February
over at One Crazy Stamper and we are also the sponsor
this  month for their challenge!!

I created a couple of cards for their challenge!!

On my first card I am using our new release images....
Bait Shop, Fishing Fun and Fishing Friends
with the sentiment Dropping you a line!

I created a Stair Step card and colored all the images with
Tombow markers. To create the illusion of the fish jumping
out of the water I stamped Fishing Fun and Fishing Friends
onto water color paper and then again on acetate. I cut out
the colored images and adhered them to the acetate with
micro dots. Once all the images were attached I cut out
around the acetate leaving about 1/2 inch all around. I
made the waves with a EK Success punch and glued
to the steps leaving the top of the wave open to slide
the finished images in behind the waves. I used a grass
die for the grass in front of the bait shop.

For my second card I am using......
Herbie, Grass Patch and the Signpost

I created the background using a large scalloped oval and
weathered wood distress ink with a foam pad. I stamped
Herbie and masked him then stamped the grass patch
over him. I embossed the images with black and painted them
with Tombows. The barn board paper is from Happy Harvest
paper pad from Doodlebug. For the inside of the card I used the
Signpost with a Happy Birthday sentiment.

Have a fabulous day and
Thanks so much for stopping by......
