HIGH HOPES CHALLENGE #75
Happy Mother's Day!!!
I hope you all have a wonderful day!!
It's time for the High Hopes Challenge. This weeks challenge is brought to us by Amy W. and she has given us a great sketch to follow.
The awesome image I have used on my card is "Sir Dustin".
I am going to shock you all this week......I have put away my Tombows and have been having a great time with my new distress inks. I must tell you they are totally awesome... I love working with them!!
I embossed the image with black and painted it with "distress ink". I stamped the dragon prints with Perfect Medium. I used my MS punch for the side border. I made the big flower with wire mesh and the center and small metal flowers were punched with my Ek Success retro flower punches. I stamped and embossed the sentiment onto a small piece of metal.
Be sure to stop by the High Hopes Blog as the Diva's have some fabulous creations to share with you this week.
I hope you will have time to play along with us and remember you must use a High Hopes image to qualify for this weeks prize.
Last week I spent a few days in Montreal and did a lot of sightseeing.....it's such a beautiful city. We also took a class with Tim Holtz....what a blast!! We learned soooo much... I hope I can remember it all....lol!! I thought I would share a pic of Cathy and I with Tim.
Have a wonderful day and Thanks so much for stopping by...
