High Hopes Challenge #107

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE.....

It's time for the High Hopes Challenge!!

This weeks challenge is brought to us by
Kristine
and she has chosen

"Bunnies, Bears and Balloons"

The adorable image I am using today is

"Buddy's Birthday Heart Collage"

Laurie Furnell

I embossed the image with black and painted it
with Tombow markers. The sentiment was
embossed with white. I cut the hearts by hand
and used my fancy scissors for the white edges.
I cut out extra blue flowers and layered them.
The sprinkles on the cupcake are tiny gems.
