High Hopes Challenge 153

HELLO EVERYONE......

It's time for the

 High Hopes Challenge

This weeks challenge is

Blue, Black and White 

For my card this week I am using the adorable

 "PENGUINS PASTIME"

and

"WINTER WONDERLAND"

background with

"Warm Winter Wishes"

sentiment

I stamped the images with black Staz on ink and 

painted them with  Derwent Intense watercolor pencils.

I added liqued applique to the trees, heated it to

puff it up.  I added silver stickles to the snowflakes.

I cut it out and layered it with foam tape onto

the background.
