It's time for the Wags n' Whiskers Challenge.

"Birthday Card"
The adorable image I am using on my card is
"Toby's Tasty Treat"
I embossed the image with black and painted it with Tombows.I used icicle H2o's on the white fur.
The frame was cut with my nesties. The DP is from Darcie's.
