High Hopes Challenge # 19

Good morning everyone;
I hope you all had a great weekend. We had a blustery one...snow and more snow. Getting a little tired of it all, I truly can't wait for spring!!

This is my card for the High Hopes Challenge #19.
Amy chose sponging for this weeks challenge. Yikes!! Not my strong suit....I really like sponging, just not too good at it. LOL!

This adorable stamp is Burt's Bath.
I embossed the image with black and painted it with Tombows. (I'm going to try those copics someday...I swear!! lol) I sponged the background with different color inks from my Versa magic dew drops. I used glossy accents on the bubbles and added some stickles. The DP is from DCWV...the glitter stack. I also used the white pen from Inkssentials. I used my brand new border punch from EK Success..."swiss cheese". The flowers were punched with my hydrengea punch and fern.

I hope you like it.
Have a great day and Thanks so much for stopping by.....

KAREN x

Sorry for being missing last week Karen - I'm doing a catch-up today. This is totally adorable; what a cute image! I love the flower spray you've created on the ribbon. Stunning work.

I love it Karen! Love your sponging too, how you put a golden glow in the top left corner instead of keeping it blue on both sides. That was a creative difference! I love that about you, you always seem to find something different to do! Love your colors on Bert!
