Good morning everyone,
Well the weekend is here again....and it is still raining in Southwestern Ontario. The weather has been crazy this summer, my poor plants leaves are turning yellow from to much water and not enough sun. The up side of it all is that it's not white and we don't have to shovel it...lol!!
Today's card is one of my DT cards for Motivet. I just love these fabulous little squirrels. The 2 new additions, "Morris and Hilda" are just as adorable as Doraline and Dexter!!
The image I have used is "Doraline as a Nurse".
I stamped the image with black Versa fine and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I painted it with Tombows. I used my nesties for the oval and oval scallop and my MS flower punch for the bottom border. The papers are from Basic Grey Marrakech paper pad. I added ribbon for the leaves and a few pearl embellies. I crocheted the flowers. My inspiration for the flowers comes from Bev. Stop by her blog for a butterfly and flower pattern, she has so generously shared. Thanks Bev!!
I hope you like it....Thanks for stopping by.
Have a great day...

Love the little squirrels and my daughter being a RN could really use those!!!! Beautiful colors.
Have had a busy week so haven't had time to comment, I've been MIA!!! My cousin's 19 year old son passed away this week and it's been a nightmare. I just came from the memorial and to think, last Sat. was our family reunion and he had a great time with everyone. If tears could wash away weight..I'd be so skinny now!!!
Fabulous card, what a cute squirrel..and wonderful BG papers.
These images have such a retro feel to them. And you always do them proud! This is so adorable! Best, Curt
